Aeronova’s Air Operators Certificate (AOC) allows our aircrafts to take off and land at all European airports (including Russia and Turkey) and Africa (although for operational reasons the company limits its operations to Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Egypt).
How can I ook a flight with Aeronova? On our website you can check prices and flight times but in order to confirm a booking or get further information you will need to contact our Customer Service department via email (info@aeronova.com) or by telephone on (+34) 96 152 11 36. Alternatively if you complete the booking form, your details will be forwarded to us and we will contact you immediately.
What services does Aeronova offer? Aeronova offers passenger air transport services on demand that are targeted towards groups of up to 18 people.
How can I book additional services? As standard, all quotes include a standard catering service which comprises snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Aeronova can offer additional services on demand such as: press, tailored catering services, alcoholic beverages, on board service (cabin crew), etc. The price of these extras can be checked on the website, but in order to secure these services you need to communicate your requirements at the time of booking.

What are the baggage restrictions? Dangerous items
Royal Decree 137/93 (BOE n.º 55 of 05/03/93) establishes that passengers are not authorized to introduce the items listed below into the cabin of an aircraft: • Sharp weapons or objects with sharp edges (axes, hatchets, arrows, darts, crampons, harpoons, javelins, ski poles, etc.) • Firearms and weapons in general ( guns, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, compressed air rifles, signal rockets, any type of toy gun, ball guns, crossbows, harpoons and fishing rifles, etc. ) • Blunt instruments (baseball bats, sticks and clubs, golf clubs, jockey sticks, kayak and canoe oars, billiard cues, skateboards, fishing rods, equipment for martial arts, knuckledusters, etc). Additionally, passengers may not transport articles that international regulations class as dangerous goods, either in hand luggage or as checked-in luggage. Such articles include: • Explosives, ammunition, fireworks, flares, material for expeditions, security briefcases containing fireworks and materials for fireworks in general. • Compressed, liquid, refrigerated liquid or dissolved gases, whether inflammable, toxic, or non-inflammable and non-toxic, such as: aerosols, extinguishers, breathing devices, oxygen bottles for diving, cryogenic liquids, bottles with cooling gases and compressed gas cylinders in general. • Flammable Liquids and Solids, such as fuel, or equipment containing fuel (camping or filming equipment, etc.), adhesives, solvents, paint, varnish, torches, matches, cigarette lighters and inflammable substances in general, either due to them being autoreactive or spontaneously combusting. • Oxidizers and Organic Peroxides, such as oxygen generators. • Toxic or Infectious Substances, such as incapacitating devices, samples for diagnosis, vaccines, insecticides and weed killer • Radioactive Material, such as pharmaceutical products containing radioactive isotopes. • Corrosives, such as acids, alkalis, devices containing mercury, storage batteries and devices operated electrically using batteries. • Other Hazardous Items, such as first aid kits, ferro-magnetic material, dry ice and car batteries. Such articles may only be carried as air cargo (*), although passengers may transport some of them under certain restrictions. See Table 2.3.A IATA. What should I do if I need to transport firearms? If you are planning to transport firearms you need to take into account the following:
- All firearms need to be transported, unloaded, and in a case. - All ammunition needs to be carried securely in a solid case and separate to that carrying the firearm. - Passengers who are resident in Spain or EU member states need to provide the following documentation: National Identification Card or passport, firearms licence, firearms ownership document, flight purchase contract, European firearms certificate. - Passengers who are non EU members who are travelling with firearms need to present the following documentation: passport, entry document provided on arrival to Spain allowing the carrying of firearms, flight purchase contract, a completed 790 form (one form per passenger), which has been duly completed and stamped as paid by an authorised bank (this process can be completed several days before the flight, and can usually be carried out near the department of firearms intervention). Along with the payment slip confirming that payment of the taxes has been made you will be provided with an authorisation to board with firearms. If your destination is within the EU, you should be aware that your European firearms certificate will be seen as the only valid document for your firearm. Do not forget to present this document to all frontier authorities so that the document can be validated. If your destination is a country outside the EU, please seek information at the Consulate or Embassy of the country to which you are travelling while in Spain with regards to the specific legislation with regards to the entry and carrying of firearms in that country.
