The majority shareholder of Aeronova is Grupo Suñer, a holding company based in Valencia with an active participation in more than twenty companies and a consolidated annual income of nearly 300 million euros.

Although the origins of the Suñer family’s business date back to the 1920s, the current Grupo Suñer was only created in the early ‘90s, with the objective of continuing the work of Luis Suñer, the head of the family and creator of, amongst others, the legendary ice cream company Avidesa that would later be transformed in the group that we know today. This company was the seed, which in time grew into the Suñer holding group which we know today.

Today Grupo Suñer stands for entrepreneurial tradition and financial solidity, as well as being a convinced investor in the diversification and constant development of all its participated enterprises.
